Site Changes: While we do our best to honor site choices, we may occasionally need to make a change. If this happens, we’ll place you in a similar site. To guarantee your site number, a non-refundable $20 site lock fee is available.

Group Bookings: Each site must be booked under the guest’s name with complete contact and payment information. Multiple sites cannot be booked under a single name.

Late Arrivals: Planning to arrive after 5:00 PM? Give us a call on the day of your arrival so we can provide you with the details.

All camping units must be RVIA certified.

​

Deposit Policy for reservations less than 30 nights: the first night's rent is due at the time of booking. 

​

Cancellation Policy for reservations less than 30 nights: Cancellations 4+ days in advance: $30 Cancellation Fee. Cancellations made within 3 days of the reservation result in forfeiture of the deposit. 

​

Full payment is due on the first day of the reservation; no refunds for early departures.
